Refund Policy

7-day window

Only Ulises Licenses Pro purchases are covered by this policy. A yearly or one-time Pro purchase may be refunded within 7 calendar days of payment when no licenses, paid entitlements, or other Pro benefits have been issued or materially used. Refund requests are reviewed against account activity and applicable consumer law. Market listings and transactions arranged between users are outside this policy and are not sales made by Citymoon Dynamics SRL.

How to request

Write to hello@uliseslicenses.xyz from your account email with your Discord ID and order date. We respond within 7 days. Approved refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method.

Exclusions

• Abuse, cracked, or leaked licenses are never refundable.
• Chargebacks that bypass this process may result in license revocation, account restrictions, or suspension.
• We may take action against abusive, fraudulent, or misleading Market activity, including removing listings or banning accounts.
• After a refund, the account returns to the Free plan immediately.
