Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Citymoon Dynamics SRL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Ulises Licenses ("Platform", "Service", or "Ulises Licenses"), and you ("User", "Developer", "Customer", or "you"), whether individually or on behalf of an organization or corporate entity.

By accessing the website at uliseslicenses.xyz, logging into the platform dashboard, invoking the Ulises validation APIs, embedding the UlisesLib integration libraries in your software binaries, or utilizing our Discord bot integration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you represent a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite authorization to bind such entity.

Ulises Licenses delivers software licensing, validation, and anti-leak infrastructure tailored for developers of Java, Kotlin, JVM applications, Minecraft server plugins (including PaperMC, Spigot, and Folia), and standalone desktop applications.

Our infrastructure provides real-time REST API endpoints for verifying license keys, enforcing simultaneous Hardware Identification (HWID) limits, restricting runtime execution to designated IP addresses, managing team access hierarchies, providing Discord-native license administration bots, and distributing auto-update payloads.

We continually maintain and refine the Service. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, depreciate, or introduce new features upon reasonable advance notice, provided such modifications do not fundamentally degrade paid features during an active subscription billing cycle.

All validation nodes, API infrastructure, edge points, and database clusters operated by Citymoon Dynamics SRL for Ulises Licenses are hosted exclusively in data centers located within the United States of America (USA).

No validation servers, database instances, or license verification workloads are hosted or routed through computing facilities outside of the United States. By utilizing the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your validation requests and account metadata are processed within United States territory.

Access to the Ulises Licenses dashboard and management console requires authentication through Discord OAuth2. We do not store raw third-party account passwords; your identity is authenticated against Discord secure credential systems.

You are exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your session tokens, API keys, and access permissions. Any action, configuration update, license issuance, or credential revocation executed under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

You must promptly notify our security team at hello@uliseslicenses.xyz upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access, token leakage, or administrative compromise of your account.

Ulises Licenses offers bytecode watermarking tools designed to inject identifiable tracking tokens into compiled Java archive (.jar) binaries before delivery to end consumers.

Ownership of Your Code: You retain sole and exclusive intellectual property ownership, copyright, and distribution rights in and to any binary, source code, algorithm, or asset uploaded to the Service. Uploading a binary does not transfer ownership to Citymoon Dynamics SRL.

Limited Processing License: You grant Citymoon Dynamics SRL a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license solely to store, parse, analyze, inject tracking identifiers into bytecode, and return the modified binary to you or your designated recipients as requested.

Testing Obligation & Technical Verification: While our bytecode injector is engineered to preserve runtime class stability, bytecode transformations carry inherent technical variables. You agree and represent that you will thoroughly test watermarked artifacts in an isolated staging environment before distributing them to production or commercial clients.

You agree to use Ulises Licenses exclusively for legitimate software distribution, license validation, and anti-piracy protection. You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Ulises Licenses is offered under both complimentary and commercial subscription tiers with distinct usage quotas:

Company IP: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Ulises Licenses platform, including the website, dashboard interface, UlisesLib SDKs, validation algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos, and brand assets, remain the exclusive property of Citymoon Dynamics SRL and its licensors.

Developer Software: You retain full, exclusive ownership of all software applications, Minecraft plugins, intellectual property, and proprietary code that you license through our platform. Citymoon Dynamics SRL claims no ownership over your licensed products.

We expend commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that our United States validation API maintains high availability and sub-100ms average response latencies.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that network latency, internet routing, datacenter outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, and third-party dependency failures (such as Discord API downtime or cloud infrastructure disruptions) may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions.

We schedule regular maintenance during off-peak hours and provide advance notifications via our official Discord community and status channels whenever practicable.

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by halting usage of the platform, removing the UlisesLib SDK from your binaries, and submitting an account closure request to support.

Termination or Suspension by Company: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, invalidate API tokens, and revoke access without notice if: (a) you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) your account exhibits fraudulent transaction activity; (c) your usage creates a critical security risk to our infrastructure or other users; or (d) required by legal or judicial mandate.

Upon termination, your right to access the dashboard and validation endpoints ceases immediately. Unused prepaid subscription balances are non-refundable in the event of termination for cause.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ULISES LICENSES SERVICES, APIS, WEBSITES, AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

CITYMOON DYNAMICS SRL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOFTWARE SECURITY AND ANTI-PIRACY MEASURES CONSTITUTE RISK MITIGATION TOOLS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE IMMUNITY AGAINST DEDICATED REVERSE ENGINEERING OR PIRACY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CITYMOON DYNAMICS SRL, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, OR SYSTEM MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CITYMOON DYNAMICS SRL ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO CITYMOON DYNAMICS SRL FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE INCIDENT, OR FIFTY EUROS (€50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Citymoon Dynamics SRL, its officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, settlements, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your software applications, plugins, or products; (c) your violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) misuse of the platform by anyone accessing your account credentials.

These Terms, their interpretation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with substantive statutory laws, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating formal litigation or arbitration, you agree to contact us at hello@uliseslicenses.xyz to attempt an informal, good-faith negotiation to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) business days.

Jurisdiction: In the event informal dispute resolution proves unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent judicial courts of the jurisdiction where Citymoon Dynamics SRL is organized.

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via dashboard notices, announcements on our official Discord server, or email notices sent to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the amendments. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must terminate your account and discontinue using the Service.
