What happens when my yearly plan expires?
Your account returns to the Free plan limits. Your licenses and products stay intact, but you cannot exceed Free limits until you renew.
Is the one-time payment really lifetime?
Yes. The one-time Pro purchase never expires and includes Pro features for your account. As with any plan, features may evolve over time and accounts remain subject to our Terms.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment as described in our refund policy, provided no licenses, paid entitlements, or other Pro benefits were issued or materially used.
